Purchased the additional handset to replace an older cordless phone (different brand) that had a dead battery. Have liked this panasonic phone system (3 original phones)so decided to try the additional unit. It was very easy to set up and every thing worked perfectly. I highly recommend this unit.


WE ALREADY HAD THREE OF THESE EXTENSIONS AND NEEDED A FOURTH FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THE INTERCOM FUNCTION IS VERY USEFUL. WE ALSO LIKE THE SIZE OF THE PHONE. CAN EASILY PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET.


Love the additonal phone in my kitchen, does not need a phone jack, the phone base. It is handsfree, just what I need when a call comes and I am working in the kitchen.


I bought the base set with 2 extensions, needed one more for the basement. No problem setting up and the fact that only regular electric sockets are used for the extra phones is such a plus. Great phone!!!


I purchased this handset to go with the KX-TG6313S set of 3. All these phones work fantastic. Adding the additional handset was a breeze. The shared phonebook was automatically entered into the new handset, and the caller ID works without a hitch. I previously had a GE set that was terrible: its volume and brightness on the additional handset was noticeably lower, and the caller ID worked about 25% of the time. Doing shift work for a living and sleeping at different times I do not find a need for the Panasonic's "no ring at night" feature, but I do use the alarm feature. It would be helpful if there was a display indication when the alarm was set, and I do miss the GE's ability to turn off all ringers from the base. But aside from that, this Panasonic is the best phone set I've ever used.


Works great. Easy to add. Only missing a headset jack to be perfect.


Works great. Range is fantastic and clear. Great feature set. Only deficiency is the voice that announces the calling party has an almost unintelligible accent.


Extremely simple to add a new unit to an existing system. Synchronization to the base station couldn't be easier -- almost nothing to do -- and existing address books transfers instantly and with no intervention. Very elegant.


Great phone system and the added handset is at a good price and integrates easily into the system.


Great phone, but it should say it doesn't have a headset jack. Its listed as the only expansion handset for the 9300 series, and looks absolutely identical - EXCEPT its missing a headset jack - which for me is critical. I'm sending the two I bought back. If you don't need a jack, works fine. I'm annoyed its identical except for this feature, what a waste of money and resources to find out the hard way.
