"I've decided that I don't like HP products anymore. They always let me down in some way." 2009-06-22
By E. Nemeth (Sacramento, CA)
I've decided that I don't like HP products anymore. They always let me down in some way:
* Bad printer software.
* Ink out all the time.
* Broken HP camera.
* I had an HP 17' laptop with a 10-key; Sold it, was too time consuming to maintain it.
* HP All-in-One printers (PSC 2110v) no longer support the newest Mac OS's for scanning. It's print only!?!?!?!?!

"Too close to expiration" 2009-05-05
By anLAactor (Studio City, CA United States)
I got the item FAST! I hear different things about ink, and expiration. This box had an expiration of July 2009. It is May. This review loses a star because of the product...not those I bought it from. I had to use alot of the color to get it working! I was in the middle of a huge project using alot of ink. I put in the color from this pack, and the colors came out looking 'old'...faded...just wrong. I kept running my project through and kept cleaning the printer heads. It finally matched the first bit of my project and I finally proceeded. The amount of time I spent doing that was a waste. That is an HP/ink issue. The black in this pack was fine.

Thank you.

"HP 06/97 Inkjet Print Cartridge" 2009-06-26
By Britiron (Westford, MA)
Price and shipping was excellant. The black ink cartridge is defective and will not work in the printer.
This was NOT sold by Amazon but by one of thier vendors. I was contacted asking about my experience. I explained the defective cartridge. Received a response asking which cartridge was defective. As I purchased mutiple cartridges and wasn't very clear about which is defective. They(Go Fast Parts) however havn't responded back.

Both products are true colors. Works great & lasts long with my HP printer.
"Ink Jet Toner" 2009-06-13
By Al Elkins (Lakeland, Florida)
This is the second time I have purchased HP 96/97 Twin Pack Inkjet Cartridges from Infinite-Surplus, through Amazon. I have always been satisfied with their prompt service, excellent quality, and terrific prices. Purchasing Inkjet Cartridges through Amazon, or one of it's member companies is far more cost effective, and offers better service than any retail store or membership warehouse.

Buying this product retail is a total waste of money because the product is recycled anyway. Might as well buy it from a recycler and save a fortune.
It's what I needed and was delivered quickly. I've had this HP printer about four years and I've put thousands of sheets through it without a single problem. The ink has been top-notch every time.
Product delivered as stated and is currently doing a good job with my printing projects. Very pleased with suppliers shipping methods.

I like the idea of being able to buy printer cartridges with out leaving my home, also so far i have no problems with the i have bought so far
needed for my printer, with the free shipping, it was the best deal out there.
Forget refilling cartridges. These original HP work best and are at a very
good price with free two day delivery as a Prime member.
Last longer than the compatible cartridges with truer colors. Very expensive so hope the price of these can be lowered soon.

It's good ink. If you have an HP inkjet printer and don't use it frequently, as I don't, I can say I've never had one cartridge go dry on me or become clogged from disuse. Off-brand ink, at least what I've bought before, also work well, but I'm not sure about their fade resistance.
