This GE two line phone is just what I needed. I have an office down stairs, and I wanted to start using MagicJack for my long distance phone calls. So now I have a line for the MagicJack and one for local calls.
Super-fast delivery and an excellent product.
This phone looks great and does everything advertised.
I'm very pleased with this phone... it is well-built and of good quality. The line selector buttons are large and easy to push. There are two distinctive rings for the 2 phone lines so you know which one is ringing. Ideally the phone would also have a caller ID screen but at this price I'm happy. It is very difficult to find corded two-line phones these days.
I mounted this one on the wall in a snap...it works nicely as a wall or a desk phone.
Very basic phone but does everything I need it to do. Build quality appears very good and sound quality is also very good. No complaints at all with it.
For those of us who object to the teeny "portable" phones based on size, energy used, and "can't prop under a chin while doing something with your hands" ....this small footprint 2 line/conferencing baby does it. Price is right. I got 2 since I'm sure they will stop making them (can't find a "land line" at any of the big box stores just the above. Humbug, off to Amazon!! I'm pretty hard on phones, so they don't last as long as the bricks in your grandmother's house - -so that said, I'm very pleased with these and have several.

This replaced a GE business phone purchased more than 10 years ago which answering (tape) system broke. I should have fixed the problem instead of buying this sad excuse for a phone.
Compared to the old GE phone, the voice quality is very poor. While the voice through the GE phone was clear and sharp, the voice produced by this one is somewhat muffled and often hard to hear. The major flaw with the Panasonic phone, however, is the answering machine. The quality of the recorded messages sometimes is so poor that they are indecipherable. That is simply unacceptable.
The last gripe is perhaps peculiar to my (bad?) personality as I derive not a small measure of satisfaction from slamming the phone down on telemarketers and on stupid and annoying people. This requires a solid handset and a heavy and substantial body to absorb the violence. Let me tell you, there is absolutely nothing substantial about this flimsy and pathetic product.
This phone is on its way to telephone hell in hundred little pieces in the very near future.
The digital telephone recording system was delivered promptly. Although it took a little time to learn and familiarize myself to its many capabilities, the recorder is truly a highly performing telephone system.
good enough, wish the volume for the message could be made louder. also, position of flashing light indicating message not great....have to be really close to machine to see if you have a message
For a premium priced unit with unique electronic features, odd the lcd is both small and has no backlight, exacerbated by having a colored background. Also lies at a flat angle impossible to see from across a desk. Pretty much offsets advantages.
Looking or a good quality single line corded speakerphone/answering machine - this it it. The only "con" with this phone is that it lacks a battery backup to protect stored phone numbers - not an issue for my application since I power the unit through the office computer's UPS.
While reviewing multiple phones, I saw the pluses and shortcomings on numberous models. Everything I've read on this model is true, but it serves my purpose for a home phone. I simply purchased a small light to see who is calling me late in the evening to address the most addressed issue in the reviews.
Thought I would say that people now are turning more to corded phones as they are spending more and more time per phone call dealing with recalcitrant and incompetent billing and service agencies, and running out of battery power on their cordless phones. Well, this is the perfect answer; and speaking of answers, this phone is also an answering machine, so you won't miss that message from mom, or your brother asking for money. And it's a Panasonic, so you know the company won't be out of business next month when you need tech help or warranty service. All in all, a good choice. And the price is reasonable for a premium quality phone. You won't be disapppointed here. Thumbs up...
Just got it today--came after 1 day!!! This phone is unbelievably easy to use and set up--perfect for a technophobe like me. But that doesn't mean it's not sophisticated...has all the basic features. Excellent sound quality. What really impressed my is that it immediately began picking up my messages--I have VoiceMail which I'll be getting rid of--and I didn't have to do anything fancy to turn VM off and the phone answering on. Only drawback is lack of battery backup. Love the sleek black look of it too!
I love this phone. It does what I need it to do. I use it with a cordless Plantronics headset & it is terrific.
I was looking for a corded phone with a hold button and answering machine. My options were extremely limited. We settled for this one and although it is overall okay, it is lacking.
Pros: Looks nice on desk, big readable numbers on keys, hold button, good speaker phone, excellent voice reception for both calls and answering machine.
Cons: No battery backup and no backlight. Several times when we have retrieved our messages remotely, the machine froze and we were unable to access them at all. Usually it works fine, but three times it has done this. Our previous answering machine would revert to two rings if a message was already left on the machine. This one rings the full amount, which in our case we have set to five rings. When we are accessing it remotely, we have to wait through the five rings. With our old machine if it went to three rings, we knew there were no messages left and we would just hang up.
Overall a decent phone, but Panasonic needs to get with it and make some improvements. Then it could be perfect!!!

I don't know why people complain about this thing so much. I LOVE it. Some have complained about audio quality but I haven't seen any issues with it. Infact, it has two little dials on the side, one for volume, and one for "tone", the tone is especially helpful, for if somebodies line is really fuzzy and hard to hear, you can play with the "tone" and make it easier to hear. Also if their voice is really annoying... you can adjust it to be easier on your ears.
I'm an interpreter and it's important that I hear clearly what's being said, and I love this piece of equipment for make that a LOT easier.

i really like my Plantronics headset and phone combo. The need for a headset for my home office was essential. Not only does it already have a dialer key pad but the handsfree option makes the day go by some much smoother and more productive without having to use 1 hand to hold a phone handset. I give the Plantronics and 8 out of 10. and thats only because i had to turn into a Mcgiver to get some things back to normal. i opened the box to some things shaking around, it turned out to be the tone and volume knobs which are adjustable and some how came off. who knows why? i broke out some tools opened up the phone screwed back in the 2 knobs and everything has been great since!
When I bought this phone I was not sure if I had made the right choice, but once I started to use it. It was wonderful. very practical I love the use of the mute button. It controls the backgroud noice very well. I like the light function to let me know that it is in use. I think I make a very good choice with the purchase of the T10 phone. Thank you

there was a loud humming in this headset, so i contacted plantronics and they sent me a replacement which still had a loud humming in it. i even had my local phone company come out and test/check the lines... and everything was good on my end.
still stuck with a headsent that hums

I purchased the Plantronics T10 for a home based job that required a lot of phone work. After 8 hours a day for 5 straight days, I had no issues with discomfort from the headset.
The sound is great, and the person on the other side of the line had no problems with hearing or understanding me.

Headset is ok.
There is no Silent alert function, which is silly for a headset only phone setup. It has to ring to base unit.
The headband is large, most women will find it too large to wear comfortably
The mic on the headset is poor, people can barely hear you. This was tried calling several people, with different users on the headset. All produced poor call quality.
The volume is a minimal adjustment. It is definately not amplified.
Tone was a nice feature, but again, minor adjustment. Not like the tone settings on a radio for instance, from 1-10. But more like from 5-6
Poor product, plan on returning it.
The earpiece is also silly, hard plastic, so if you plan to wear on the ear, it will be unconfortable for extended wear.
After reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided to still go ahead and pick this headset up. The concept of the phone is fantastic, a small footprint and very intuitive controls. The large buttons and lights make it easy to tell when the line is active and mute is on.
The big problem with this phone is line noise. After using it for a day, I have to retire this phone as it is completely unusable. The noise can be heard on both sides of the call. Also, I tried two different phone lines at two different houses, same result. Other coredless phones sound perfectly clear on the same lines.

The ge Bedroom Phone is 3 great products in one. First, it's a corded phone with Call Waiting Caller ID. Second, it's a fully functioning dual alarm clock. Third, it's an AM / FM radio.
I ordered this clock-radio-phone despite what were weak previous reviews. I am glad I did. For the price, the phone does exactly what it was built to do. The phone I received also looked exactly like the one pictured. This is sort of an old-fashioned design, not wireless and an older type of radio operation, but that was exactly what I wanted as I was replacing an older item. This was the only phone I could find of this type.
Clearly this item lacks things like an IPOD port, wireless, great sound, the list could go on and on. However, it has a large time display, wakes you up, does play music, and it does have a workable phone with caller ID. In short, it was exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price.
Like one other reviewer I hesitated to order this because of the one person who said they got the wrong product. First of all, that did not happen to us. The product arrived quickly after it was ordered, and it was exactly as pictured. It is hard to find these "all in one" phone/radio/alarm clocks and we were thrilled to find this one. The best feature is being able to read the clock numbers from pretty much any place in the room or lying in the bed, and you can adjust the brightness (either high or low.) The two alarms are great, the radio reception is really good too. The settings are easy to understand and use (we don't have caller ID so that part we don't use.) The phone itself takes a little getting used to, but the sound is good when using it. One great feature is that you can buy a longer phone cord and easily replace the short one that it came with it should this be your preference. The ringer settings are nice, the low one being good in a bedroom. Overall if you are searching for this type of combination product I would say this is a superb choice.

This is the 'bar bones' but it does the trick. I was disappointed because I was looking for a speaker phone.....and this does not have one even though the specs said it did. It is adequate, I am able to tune in a variety of stations. It does not have set buttons, you have to manually tune in the station each time you change. It is compact and very square looking, but it does have a radio, corded phone and alarm clock.
We replaced our old phone/clock that died with this new phone/clock combo due to limited bedside space. The handset shape is a little funky but my husband loves the large display for easy reading during the night without glasses!
I was expecting to get the phone in the photo but didn't and it wasn't even all black but still the same - it was totally different which upset me so I sent it back for a refund. Sorry, I feel when you put a photo next to a description of an item for sale - that's what I expect to get. I only shop on line when I can see the item I'm buying?
Have never received this product. Will not review this product until I do. Two + weeks is a bit much to have to wait for delivery.
