Brother makes some of the best label makers out there and it's nice to see that they support them will a wide array of sizes. The best thing is that the printers can manually detect the size of the label in the printer and adjust the software accordingly.
These labels are perfect for smaller spaces (like file folders) but also for labeling hard drives, printers, DVDs, or anything else you may want to "claim" as yours without using the large name-tag sized label.

I use the Brother P-Touch QL-500 and couldnt be happier. These labels are smear proof right out of the label maker. I wish there were more sizes to choose from but thats another story.

These labels are so easy to use and are high quality! The adhesive sticks very well, yet has enough flex to allow you to make a little bit of a correction when applying them. However after you press them on firmly don't expect to be able to remove them from paper without tearing the paper! They are also so easy to peel off their backing that I can stick them on things as fast as you can print them! Makes my file folders look so neat. I think my friends will really be impressed!

I realy love my Brother P-Touch QL500, especially when you can just pop in any size & kind of label & get great results. These file labels are wonderful. The file size just fits files, so my filing is perfect now, no more hunting for files.
